Goal: Museum of Sea and Maritime Life. Two bodies resembling two hulls are almost colliding creating a pedestrian corridor in a very busy area. This intervention brings underground parking area and safer pedestrian zone.

Istanbul ( Turkey ) - 1st Price International Competition - On Going

The Sanko Headquarters' basic mass was stretched and modelled to create a dialogue with the surrounding area. The form is shaped by forces of nature just as the Fairy Chimneys in Cappadocia (Anatolia). Moreover the central full-height void aims to underline the sacrality of the office space with an implosion of light. Each floor and loggias host different typology of local greenery to improve the quality of work and yet of the ambient air.

WIP - Concept

Goal: Improving the urban textures of the area and the quality of the space. Residences, office spaces, retails, dormitory are all in one plot of almost 2 HA in order to support the high request of this upcoming district.
